IPD: An Action Guide for Leaders | Supplemental Videos
In 2018, supported by the Pankow Foundation and a range of industry sponsors, IPDA and CIDCI released “Integrated Project Delivery: An Action Guide for Leaders.” This excellent resource is now supplemented by a set of 23 short videos created by the authors of the Guide, totaling about 2-1/2 hours of content.
The videos are organized into 6 units, following different sections of the Guide. Each block has an intro video and a series of lessons, as follows:

Introduction to IPD Certificate Course
IPDA has joined forces with LeanIPD to create “Introduction to IPD,” a certificate course based on the videos. Individuals or groups can purchase access to the videos, view them, and take an assessment. Passing the assessment results in a certificate of completion. This certificate course is an excellent resource for individuals or teams to use for onboarding of new team members across a project--a consistent challenge on IPD jobs.
